Role – Regional Facilities Manager
Location- Birmingham/Midlands portfolio
Salary- Up to £50k + company car + bonus
Your role as a Regional Facilities Manager:
Our client are a property management organisation with offices across the UK. Due to growth, they are now seeking a Regional Facilities Manager for their Birmingham/Midlands portfolio. This will be a home based role with regional site travel.
You will manage a portfolio of properties across Birmingham/Midlands. The role will be based from home with site travel.
Your duties and responsibilities as a Regional Facilities Manager:
* Ensure all PPM's and reactive maintenance of sites are managed through managing subcontractors and using CAFM system
* Ensure H&S compliance of sites and coordinate all relevant works across LOLER, water and height.
* Provide regular reports on maintenance, risks and recommendations.
* Manage all SLA's and KPI's
To be successful in your role, you should have the following skills and experience:
* IOSH or NEBOSH
* Good understanding of H&S and maintenance Compliance
* Service charge budget experience
* Experience managing a multi-site portfolio
