Receptionist Administrator
Salary: £24,000
Location: Coventry
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm
Role Overview
A professional and efficient Reception and Office Administration role, providing a welcoming environment for visitors, handling incoming calls and emails, and supporting general office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties
* Greet visitors, sign them in, and notify relevant staff.
* Handle incoming calls professionally, directing them appropriately.
* Monitor and maintain the general enquiry email inbox, forwarding emails and escalating complaints as needed.
Office Administration
* Manage incoming/outgoing post and courier services.
* Order office supplies, stationery, and refreshments.
* Maintain meeting room bookings and arrange catering when required.
* Assist with travel bookings, expenses, and diary management.
* Issue and manage car park permits and office access passes.
* Liaise with facility service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
* Ensure communal office areas remain stocked and tidy.
Requirements
* Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
* 1-2 years' experience in a reception or administrative role.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Professional, friendly, and proactive approach.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
