Responsibilities
* Generate leads through various methods, including face-to-face interaction, phone calls, texts, and emails.
* Monitor competition and develop strategies to market to potential customers.
* Collaborate with sales management to achieve objectives and enhance performance.
* Create and pursue high-value sales opportunities for our sales team to close.
* Strategize how to effectively use social media like Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills.
* Understanding the sales process and how to enter information into client databases is desired.
* Previous customer service experience is highly desired.
* Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and meeting goals.
Compensation
$45,000 - $50,000 yearly
