Description Role: Senior Administration Assistant Grade and Salary: Grade 5, £26,338 - £30,805 per annum (pro-rata) FTE and working pattern: 0.6 FTE, 21 hours per week, Monday - Friday Contract: 18 Months Fixed Term Holiday Entitlement: 28 days annual leave plus 9 buildings closed days (and Christmas Eve when it falls on a weekday) Purpose of Role To provide a helpful, professional and co-ordinated approach in support of the delivery of the Panmure House programmes, through administrative support to the Academic Director and the Programme team. Key Duties & Responsibilities Providing administrative support to the PH programme team as required Management of Panmure House email and phone communications Support the co-ordination of high-level events and meetings. Maintenance of data to support the programme team. Support the production of high quality, timely reports and presentations required for key University Groups and Committees. Interacting daily with senior staff on operational issues. Undertake diary management for meetings involving the Academic Director, PH team and corporate stakeholders Essential & Desirable Criteria Essential Educated to SCQF Level 6 or similar or equivalent experience Experience of working within a similar environment as outlined above Competent in the use of relevant IT packages Well-developed interpersonal skills Demonstrable professional and proactive approach Demonstrable ability to work quickly, flexibly and accurately in a dynamic, changing and pressured environment Demonstrable provision of excellent customer service Desirable Experience in organising events such as conferences and seminars Experience of booking travel and accommodation How to Apply Applications can be submitted up to midnight (UK time) on Friday 4th April 2025.
