Daily Duties: Offer one-on-one assistance to a student with specific educational needs Work alongside the class teacher to implement personalised learning plans Provide emotional and practical support to encourage the student’s full participation in all activities Help monitor the student's progress and adjust support strategies as needed Engage in various school activities to help foster a sense of community and inclusion Assist with personal care and well-being as necessary What We’re Looking For: A passion for supporting children and a genuine interest in education Experience working with children (Essential) in an education setting (Desirable.)
