Provide HR support and guidance on employment terms and conditions, HR policies, and procedures to employees and management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Offer generalist HR advice and support on employment terms and conditions, HR policies, and procedures.
* Work closely with the Director of HR to resolve employee-related issues.
* Collaborate with the Director of HR to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
* Provide guidance on internal processes and legal requirements related to employee issues.
This role will work closely with the Director of Human Resources to ensure effective HR support and guidance to employees and management.
