We are looking for an HR Coordinator to assist the Director of People in providing a high-quality HR service across the Company, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the recruitment process, advising managers, preparing recruitment materials, and managing advertising across platforms.
Handle the full recruitment cycle, including vetting, reference checks, and managing the induction of new staff.
Ensure compliance with the Company's Single Central Register and assist with spot checks.
Provide support during formal HR meetings, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring adherence to policies and legal requirements.
Manage HR systems (HR Pro, iSAMS), running reports and maintaining accurate staff data.
Collaborate with colleagues, assist with payroll queries, and support diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.Other Duties:
