About this role: This primary school based near Hayes is looking for a Fully Qualified Teacher who has ample experience support and teaching students with SEMH needs. The school supports students by placinng them in classess nased on need over age, allowing both students and staff to work in environments with similar needs present. This school also provids pay over half term for their long termmembers of staff through our agency.

Successful candidates must have a QTS to teach in the UK in addition to having previous experience working in a SEMH school or setting, or with SEMH pupils. Candidates must also have resilience and patience as student require consistent support to work through their emotions and behaviour and help students to ground themselves within the school environment. Candidates who have had experience implementing behaviour management are highly desired for this role in addition to having a creative approaching to teaching to engage pupils within the classroom.
