We are seeking an entry level HR Advisor to join our HR Operations team at DWF!
You will act as the first line of support for HR queries and advice, supporting our colleagues and coaching line managers, leaders and the wider HR community. The role is based in Manchester on a hybrid basis, reporting to the HR Operations Manager.

We’re excited to hear from candidates who:
* Have an apprenticeship, degree, or relevant work experience.
* Are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
* May have previous HR experience - this is a bonus but not essential.
Responsibilities:
* Upskilling knowledge of our HR policies and how they are applied.
* Support & coach our colleagues and line managers with day-to-day HR and payroll queries and HR policy advice.
* Providing advice and conducting family friendly meetings with employees.
* Build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver a personable and customer focused service.
* Ensure deadlines and any KPI/SLA/targets are met.
* Create and implement HR policies/templates/documentation, ensuring current legislation is followed and updated accordingly.
* Support end-to-end employee lifecycle from processing new hires to leavers.
* Provide advice and support for HR systems.
* Answering queries regarding new starters, leavers and overseeing changes.
* Maintaining accurate records for all changes to employee terms and conditions as directed and to initiate the creation of key documents through the HR Systems and manage related processes.
* To support the HR Business Partnering Team with cyclical HR projects as and when required.

* 5 GCSEs A*-C.
* A Levels (or equivalent).
* Seeking progression and to further career within the HR function, with clear development aspirations.
* Demonstrates an excellent understanding of the requirements of the role and is willing to go above and beyond in delivery.
Desirable
* Manages the resolution of advice and key input to the continual improvements programme.
* Seeks to find innovation by investing time in systems and processes.
* Puts forward and executes opportunities for process improvement.
* Provides all stakeholders with quality advice in accordance with team SLAs and KPIs.
* Experience working at a HR Administrator or HR Assistant level.
