The hours of work are 35- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and the role is to start immediately for 12 months. Duties and tasks will include: support the charging team with the booking of appointments for staff and undertaking other administrative related tasks. Data entry of figures Answering phone Dealing with telephone enquires Updating CRM system The role requires someone who is good with figures, financial systems and is able to work accurate and quickly.
