Applications are invited from suitably committed and experienced Nurses to join the Primary Care Community Nursing team in one of two positions on the beautiful Island of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands. Band 5 - Twilight and Nights Team; t his service operates from 18:00 including overnight shifts as required, all year round. Band 6 - Rapid Response Team; t his service operates runs 07:30 20:30 all year round. Please note; Guernsey has adopted the AfC banding system, but have applied their own salary scale. The current Band 5 salary range is£38,744 to £49,970 and the Band 6range is £46,152 to £62,310. Both roles offeran annual bonus of £1,605 and higher penalty rates; 36% evening/Saturday and 72% Sunday/BH. Annual leave starts at 36 days up to 42 days with full credit for NHS service for annual leave and sick leave. The island of Guernsey is in the Channel Islands and has a population of 65,000.
