Job Overview:
We are seeking friendly and customer-oriented Front of House members at both management and bar staff level. As a Front of House member, you will be responsible for providing
excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our
customers. This position requires strong communication skills, great customer
service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and offer a hospitable experience for the entirety of their
stay.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous
manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality industry is a plus
- Familiarity with bar tending is beneficial
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanour with a customer-centric mindset
- Problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively

- At least one years experience in a supervisory/management role
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Opening, closing and day to day running of a venue
- Cash up, accounts management
- Personal license preferred but not essential
