Corserv Facilities are seeking an experienced Bathroom and Wet Room Installer to join our Property Services and Maintenance team. In this role, you will provide a high-quality installation, fault fixing and maintenance service at client properties across Cornwall. In role, you will: carry out multi-skilled trade repairs, maintenance and improvement works across our portfolio of properties undertake duties efficiently, economically and ensure the safety of yourself and the general public be responsible for working safely and keeping co-workers safe, following procedures, and reporting unsafe practice ensuring accurate recording, completion and submission of documentation including time sheets, job sheets and material usage via use of PDA hand-held devices be responsible for vehicle stock, tools and plant, as well as the provided company vehicle and mobile working device About you You will demonstrate bathroom and wet room installation experience (at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) and ideally have other trade and/ or fabric trade skills. You should: hold a CSCS card (or be willing to obtain one) have good general multi-skilled abilities, with ability to complete the task in hand on ‘first fix’ basis have a good level of literacy and numeracy skills, and good IT skills (proficient in the use of a PDA for receiving and updating completed works) be highly competent and motivated with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and exceptional customer service skills be happy to work both on your own and as part of a team. This role requires regular travel and therefore you must hold a full UK driving licence. A Corserv vehicle will be provided.
