AFTERSALES MANAGER
POOLE SUBARU
Our Subaru dealership in Poole is recruiting for an Aftersales Manager. This role involves managing 2 Technicians and 2 Aftersales Advisors and the daily operation of our combined Service and Parts department ensuring that efficiency and profitability is maximised.
The successful candidate will:
* Be hands-on, able to inspire and motivate the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
* Understand the importance of focusing on customer care
* Be capable of regularly reviewing processes for improvement
* Successfully monitor and work to targets
Key Responsibilities:
* Implementing the After Sales strategy (in respective area)
* Maximising volume and gross profit in line with established targets
* Managing costs
* Ensuring Aftersales Team uses the agreed aftersales processes to maximise profit opportunities
* Oversees the implementation of co-ordinated marketing activities
* Ensuring all activities of the After Sales Team deliver outstanding customer service
* Providing direction and support to After Sales Team to ensure the delivery of agreed targets
* Maximises the performance of the After Sales Department through effective recruitment, coaching, management and development
* Managing the day-to-day operation of the After Sales Department adhering to Company Policy, Franchise Standards, Warranty and Health & Safety Policy
Candidates must have:
* The ability to work effectively in what can be a high-pressured environment
* Must be smart in appearance, determined and pro-active
Salary and Benefits:
* A competitive basic salary based on experience and capability
* Company vehicle
Hours: Monday – Friday 08.00 - 18.00 (an hour off for lunch)
Saturday mornings on a roster 08.30 – 12.30
This role would suit an existing Service manager looking to expand their knowledge and authority, or an Assistant Service Manager seeking promotion.
