As a business administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our trust by supporting various business functions as directed by the CFO. This position is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for community and education. At Raedwald Trust, we are proud to deliver high quality alternative provision, specialising in partnership working across the education landscape. Our dedicated trust-wide team is committed to delivering outstanding excellent efficient and effective education. You will predominately be working at the Trust Office, Montgomery Road, but may be required to work across all the Raedwald Trust settings, including Bury St Edmunds. You will: assist in managing day-to-day premises and estates and providing support for wider operations processes, where required, for HR and finance for optimal efficiency. maintain accurate records and files (both physical and digital). Support our academy teams with administrative tasks, including compliance routines, managing correspondence, and preparing documentation handle inquiries from our stakeholders with professionalism and courtesy assist in the preparation and processing of management documentation related to our core functions contribute to the development and implementation of office procedures and policies utilise Microsoft Office Suite and associated software to streamline operations and maintain accuracy collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance our services and business operations. Access to personal transport is essential. On occasion you may be required to work across other settings within the Trust.
