If you're driven, results-oriented, and have a passion for football, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to raise the profile of Birmingham City FC’s women’s team. Plan and deliver engaging marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and PR channels. Manage content calendars, working across departments to ensure timely delivery of campaigns. Work closely with agencies and in-house designers to create compelling marketing materials. Brand Strategy & Positioning: Create and implement a long-term brand strategy for the women’s team, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and develop tailored marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the design team to maintain a consistent brand identity each season. Fan Engagement & Community Building: Increase fan engagement through events, social media activations, and fan-focused campaigns. Build and manage a strong online community, enhancing fan loyalty. Collaborate with the ticketing team to drive effective ticketing strategies and sales. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance and fan engagement metrics, providing insights to inform future strategies. Prepare regular reports on marketing efforts, ROI, and brand visibility. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal spending for maximum impact. What we're looking for in you: Experience in senior marketing, ideally within sports or football. Strong understanding of women’s football and its target audience. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics. Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills. Passion for women’s football and a commitment to its growth. Desirable Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. Experience working with sports teams and agencies. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
