Morgan McKinley is delighted to be working with a Brighton-based organisation that is experiencing considerable year-on-year growth. We are looking to speak to experienced Payroll Administrators to join this excellent business on a full-time permanent basis.
Salary: 28K – 35K per annum
Location: Brighton, East Sussex
Hours: 37.5hrs per week – 9–5.30pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, covering all stages from start to completion.
* Maintain and update payroll records efficiently.
* Handle calculations for part-month payments and holiday entitlements.
* Administer statutory payments in compliance with regulations.
* Process P45 forms promptly.
* Communicate with clients to clarify calculations and resolve queries.
* Oversee client pension schemes across multiple providers, including setup and monthly uploads.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Experience in a payroll department, processing a monthly payroll.
* Strong attention to detail and data entry experience.
* Excellent numerical skills.
