Job Title: Site Manager
Location: West Midlands, Warwickshire, Rugby
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Monday to Friday

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 Per Annum
A National housing developer is embarking on an exciting new project in Rugby and is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new housing development, supported by an Assistant Site Manager.
Job Duties:
Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets
Supervise and direct subcontractors and construction workers
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor and maintain quality control standards
Collaborate with project stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
Prepare and submit regular progress reports
Manage site logistics, including materials and equipment
Required Qualifications:
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
Valid First Aid certification
Full UK Driving Licence
Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
Proven experience in PLC housing and site management
Experience in overseeing new build housing projects
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant degree or equivalent in Construction Management or related field
Additional health and safety certifications
Experience working with national housing developers
Working Conditions:
The Site Manager will be based on-site in Rugby, overseeing the construction project. The role may require occasional travel to other project locations.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, along with a car allowance or company car, bonus scheme, private pension, and healthcare benefits.
