Hours per week: 37 hours per week
Contract Length: Anticipated 6 months
Location: Candidates MUST be based within the South-West.
You will be responsible for the management of the facility, including security, maintenance, and other services.
Location: Candidates MUST be based within the South-West. Candidate can choose one of the following locations as their base of operations with regular travel expected across the region (Driving Licence essential – Cars available for work travel via booking system):

Minimum Requirement:
Be located within the region
Experienced with Facilities Management (Hard and Soft FM)
Ability to hit the ground running
Knowledge of Building Standards & Compliance
Experience with Supplier Management
Tech Savvy (Office Suite, CAFM systems etc.)
IWFM, IOSH, NEBOSH Would be beneficial
