* Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
* Monitor and expedite customer orders through the business to ensure on time delivery
* Liaise with customers to identify production requirements
* Communicate customer production requirements to the Supply Chain Team agreeing customer delivery dates
* Handle and respond efficiently to all general and order specific customer enquiries within 24 hours
* Communicate and coordinate with internal and third-party stake holders
* Facilitate customer responses across the business within a maximum of 24 hours
* Prepare Management Reports
* Process and manage customer orders via the MRP system
* Coordinate "Biteblock" orders
About you:
* Experience of providing customer service in a Manufacturing or B2B role
* The ability to listen, empathise, build rapport and understanding for our customers
* Someone who enjoys taking ownership of queries to get them resolved
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent Computer Literacy skills and the confidence to learn new systems
