We are looking for a Head of School who:

• has the vision to ensure that adults and children are happy and are thriving.
You will need to have the passion, drive and commitment to take our school on the next part of its journey, which is to respond with innovation to fluctuating numbers on roll; with imagination in the development of the outdoor spaces and places on the school site and through coalition and alliance, managing the voluntary conversion to Crofty Education Trust. This role demands that you work effectively with our stakeholders, building outstanding relationships at all levels.
This is a full-time permanent post offered from 1st September 2025. The post includes the role of SENCO. We can offer a family atmosphere, the chance to work with a wonderful, warm, friendly team and a stunning location on the Cornish coast.
