PURPOSE
To procure raw and auxiliary materials on the grounds of the production plan in accordance with the signed framework agreements and the corporate procedures
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Procure raw and auxiliary materials, taking into account: the production plan, stock levels, warehouse balance
2. Pursuing the aims assigned to the plant in relation to service level
3. Manage relationships with raw materials suppliers for what concerns deliveries and product types
4. Discuss with PM/CNV Planner the production plan feasibility in relation to raw materials availability
5. Collaborate with the Purchase Office informing it promptly about problems detected with suppliers
6. Coordinate the inventory activity of relevant products
7. Guarantee the correct management of the relevant processes in accordance with the group policies and procedures
8. Promote a safety-bound corporate culture
9. Apply the Corporate Principles and Values

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
10. A engineering or economics degree or equivalent
11. Experience of using SAP systems
12. Excellent communication skills.
13. Proficient at using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
14. Ability to prioritise and problem solve
