You will be responsible for delivering activities and contributing to the planning monitoring and evaluation of sessions. The role requires you to supervise and safeguard young people in a youth work setting, adhering to Bolton Council policies, procedures and guidance. About You The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and approachable with the ability to communicate effectively with young people aged 13-17. You will have some experience of working with young people and be willing to get involved with a variety of activities such as sports, arts and crafts, games and project work. The candidate will be able to demonstrate patience and tolerance and have the ability to work with challenging young people. This is your chance to make a real difference The play and Youth Service offer positive activities for young people between the age of 4-17 in a variety of settings. The service offer childcare, afterschool clubs, youth clubs and manage an outreach team that work alongside the police. The youth club settings offer a safe engaging environment for young people to take part in new experiences, meet new people and seek support, advice and guidance from qualified and experienced youth workers.
