Salary: £19,000 – £23,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting Paraplanners and Private Client Advisers in delivering financial advice and managing client relationships.
* Handling administrative tasks such as processing business applications, managing client queries, withdrawals, valuations, and letters of authority.
* Preparing annual review and meeting packs for advisers.
* Managing and maintaining the IFA back-office system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client records.
* Assisting with research and analysis to support client needs and objectives.
* Attending client meetings with Financial Planners as required.
* Liaising with product providers and third parties to obtain necessary information.
* Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development, including working towards industry qualifications.
Skills and Experience Required
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.
* IT proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic Excel.
* Ability to manage diaries and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Eagerness to learn and develop within the financial services industry.
