We are have a great, varied opportunity for an Assistant Operations Manager to join an experienced team to support operational delivery cross a successful Shopping scheme which includes a thriving Market offer in Perry Barr, Birmingham.
Key areas of responsibilities include: -
* Tenant communications & support with all market occupiers ensuring effective trading and operational delivery
* Providing administrative support across finance, credit control, reporting, tenant licences and rent records
* Support the Facilities & Centre Manager in delivery of operational delivery across the scheme
* Support commercialisation activities across the scheme
* Health & Safety administration & compliance delivery
