With a strong digital presence and an increasing volume of online inquiries, we are looking for a highly motivated Patient Coordintor to convert leads into paying clients. Role Overview As a Patient Coordintor, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and email, guiding them through our treatment offerings, and converting inquiries into bookings. You will play a key role in driving revenue, enhancing client experiences, and optimising lead conversion strategies. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Management & Sales Execution • Call and follow up with inbound leads from digital campaigns. • Conduct consultative sales conversations, identifying client needs and offering personalised treatment recommendations. • Implement cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximise revenue per client. • Maintain accurate lead tracking in the CRM, categorising leads based on interest level (hot, warm, cold). • Overcome objections effectively, refining scripts based on common client concerns. 2. Digital Communication & Client Engagement • Engage potential clients via phone, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok DMs, and email. • Deliver compelling sales pitches using persuasive storytelling and strong communication skills. • Maintain quick response times and follow-up strategies to encourage bookings. • Stay updated on industry trends and confidently educate clients on the benefits of treatments. 3. Performance Tracking & Reporting • Monitor lead conversion rates and maintain a daily sales report. • Analyse client interactions to identify successful sales tactics and areas for improvement. • Provide weekly performance updates to management on lead-to-booking conversion rates and campaign effectiveness. What We’re Looking For • Sales Experience: Minimum one year in sales, preferably in aesthetics, beauty, or luxury services. • Lead Conversion Skills: Proven ability to close sales over the phone and online. • Sales Fundamentals: Strong understanding of cross-selling, upselling, KPI tracking, handling objections, and customer retention. • Digital Communication: Confident in engaging potential clients through DMs, WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails. • CRM & Data Management: Experience with CRM systems for tracking leads, generating reports, and structuring follow-ups. • Self-Motivation & Goal Orientation: Ability to work independently while meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with marketing teams, medical professionals, and reception staff to optimise sales.
