Responsibilities:
* Gather requirements and scope capture
* Run face-to-face workshops to flush requirement details
* Map ISA (Individual Savings Account) processes and value chain
* Collect data to improve IT and operations
* Process mapping and analysis
* Identify problems and opportunities for change
* Develop recommendations and business cases
* Analyze impact on business and create business cases
* Plan and develop impact analysis
* Provide support and enablement services
* Analyze new change needs and requests
* Translate requirements into specifications
* Develop business requirements documentation
* Design and detail user stories
* Establish traceability from requirements to test cases
* Design solutions to problems and opportunities
* Carry out research and inform design
* Prepare and deliver reports of findings
* Manage risks and issues
Mandatory Skills/Experience:
* Previous experience in Asset Management/Wealth Management organisations in the UK
* Understanding of ISA (Individual Savings Account) products in the UK
* Experience in delivering HMRC changes such as RTI (Real Time Information)
* Ability to document requirements and communicate to the platform team
* Quality assurance experience
* Excellent business analysis skills
* Excellent written and oral communication
* Facilitation skills and stakeholder management
* Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
* Ability to understand business processes and map them
* Excellent presentation skills
