Key Responsibilities:
Managing the sales inbox with precision
Answering the phone and directing calls like a pro
Following up on all sales with paperwork, shipping, and invoicing
Issuing and tracking purchase orders and repair orders to ensure timely delivery
Providing customers with accurate quotes using the inventory management system
Collaborating with accounts payable to ensure prompt payment of invoices
Handling cross-departmental queries with speed and efficiency
Keeping up to date with market research on component values
Issuing invoices and shipping documentation, assisting with finance and sales to ensure supplier invoices are correctly processed
Checking and approving courier and freight forwarder invoices, addressing any issues promptly

Sales administration experience is essential, ideally within the aviation industry
Salary & Benefits:
£23,500 - £27,500 – depending on experience
Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 17.00
