Randstad is partnering with a reputable firm of contractors to recruit for an Operations Director/ Manager on their site in the North West.
This business is known for its construction projects across in the sectors that include education, commercial, healthcare and residential.
The successful Operations Director/Manager will be responsible for the following duties:
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations
* Ensuring projects are delivered efficiently
* Managing resources effectively
* Optimizing processes for peak performance
* Developing ways to improve construction standards
* Enhancing commercial value
The successful Operations Director/ Manager will have experience of managing large scale construction projects and will have experience of managing projects across the education, commercial, healthcare and residential sectors.
Experience and an interest in cladding remediation work would be advantageous.
