Position Overview: The Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process from data collection to distribution, with the support of the Payroll Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone with professional payroll experience who wants to join a scaling business with growing payroll operations. Responsibilities: Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing the entire payroll process with the support of the Payroll Manager, including data collection, validation, processing, and distribution of payroll for all employees UtilisingADP software for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements Managing payroll-related aspects of employee benefits, including pensions, medical aid, and other deductions Preparing and submitting required payroll reports to internal stakeholders Addressing and resolving payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner Performing regular payroll reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies Ensuring compliance with all relevant payroll laws and regulations Qualifications & Experience: The right candidate for this position will have: Professional payroll experience Past experience utilising ADP software (within the last 3 years) In-depth knowledge of payroll laws and regulations in the UK The aptitude and attitude to work in a scaling payroll function as part of a growing business Click here for the list of benefits. Hybrid working: This hybrid role, with a remote-first emphasis, necessitates being in the office or at a client site for 4 days each month.
