Supporting implementation of appraisal and development plans for all managerial, clinical and administrative staff, ensuring a coaching style of leadership and development of potential at every level is at the heart of everyday communications, creating a culture where giving and receiving constructive feedback is the norm. Demonstrating effective leadership through sound people management and good communication, ensuring that all staff are clear about what is expected of them in the context of delivery of the clinical strategy and plans.
