CMS (Content Management System) Administrator (Permanent Opportunity)
Leading facilities company based near Woking is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator.
The ideal candidate will have experience with CMS systems and utilizing MS Excel and entering responses onto the company's HR system.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accurate and efficient entry of payroll information - i.e. new users, change of authorization, change of contract
2. Administration and optimization of CMS database
3. Managing and troubleshooting content data and workflows
4. Onboarding new clients and supporting end-users in their interaction with the platform
5. Create and manage users
6. Monitor session usage to ensure platform licenses are available for other users
7. User Support and Training
8. Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users on how to use and manage content in the system.
9. Content Workflow Management: Manage user roles and permissions
10. Oversee content updates, including publishing, reviewing, and archiving as necessary
11. Manage and update system workflows for timesheets, quality audits, and employee portal requests to ensure they are assigned appropriately.
12. Customization and Integration: Collaborate with web developers and IT teams to customize and enhance the CMS functionalities according to business needs
13. Integrate CMS with third-party services or internal systems (such as CRM, eCommerce platforms, or databases) as required
14. Security and Compliance: Implement and monitor security measures for the protection of the CMS and its associated data
15. Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal security policies
16. Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configuration details, user guides, and issue resolution logs
17. Generate reports on system performance, user activity, and content workflows for management review
18. Data Administration: Work with mobilization teams to onboard new clients and sites onto Templa CMS and TimeGate
19. Collaborate with the Finance department for setting up new budgets, nominal codes, and journals
20. Collaborate with HR and Payroll to ensure data is correctly inputted
21. Create and manage any reporting requirements for Operations, Finance, Payroll, HR, and Client Services
22. Create and manage user dashboards
Experience
1. Proven experience as a System Administrator with expertise in CMS
2. Templa CMS experience is preferred (training will be provided)
3. Experience within payroll and/or HR
4. Intermediate Excel - (sort data/filters, create reports, ability to sum information for analysis) - essential
5. Understanding of the CMS architecture
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
8. Experience of working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and team environment
This is a full-time position, with a hybrid option after training, leading to 2 days in the office and 3 working from home. The company has parking facilities alternatively close to public transport.
