This thriving, inclusive secondary school is seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant. The school offers both GCSEs and land-based vocational qualifications. As a result, your role will be varied, providing opportunities to support students with practical elements of their studies, including farming, forest school, and animal conservation. You will primarily work with children with additional needs, so no two days will be the same Position: Teaching Assistant Location: Dorchester Contract: Full-Time Start Date: April 2025 Job expectations: Support the class teacher and students within the classroom. Work 1:1 with students to assist and support their educational development. Help set up and occasionally lead group activities.
