The post holder will work collaboratively to provide a full advisory service across the College but will be largely based at our North Kensington Centre for Skills. This is a generalist advisor role spanning the full range of HR matters including relevant employment legislation, day-to-day HR advice and casework and the opportunity for policy and project work as required. The successful candidate will support the Business Partners to provide a high quality, efficient and timely people service; acting as first point of contact for all employee queries. You will also guide and support managers through formal processes as well as advise on policy and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, a solid understanding of HR data and metrics, and have experience of supporting the full employee lifecycle ensuring that diversity and inclusion is embedded in your approach. About Morley College We have newly refurbished the North Kensington Centre for Skills providing state-of-the-art classrooms, workshops and studios for our students on a wide variety of provision that ranges from courses for 16-19 year olds to adult qualifications to short courses in creative areas like jewellery, glass and ceramics.
