Your expertise in change management, project management, and influencing skills will be essential as you develop and deliver change management interventions, track and measure change progress, and produce high-quality change materials. You will deliver the transformation programme you are assigned on, ensuring business programme leads are effectively supported to deliver.
Working with your team, you will develop and deliver change management interventions for the transformation programme, such as change impact assessments, comms and engagement and behavioural training materials. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Head of Organisational Change and Culture to establish a consistent change management approach across the organisation while producing high-quality change materials. As a natural collaborator, you will work seamlessly with colleagues from our centres of expertise in the People team to deliver the change plan for various programmes, whilst also ensuring there is robust tracking and reporting.
