We are seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Childcare Professional in Horley. This part-time role offers flexibility with options to work 1-4 days per week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and educational experiences aligned with the EYFS framework. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional care and education to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and welfare.
* Maintaining effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and activities.
* Supporting children's development through creative and engaging activities, tailored to meet their individual needs.
* Keeping accurate records of each child's growth and milestones, monitoring their progress over time.
* Collaborating with the team to maintain a positive and inclusive environment, promoting a culture of respect and understanding.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent qualification.
* A minimum of 1-year experience in a nursery or childcare setting, demonstrating your ability to provide high-quality care and education.
* Strong organisational and communication skills, enabling you to effectively manage your workload and engage with colleagues and parents.
* In-depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, ensuring you can deliver high-quality educational experiences aligned with government guidelines.
