Subjects Required: Drama Maths Science Humanities Key Responsibilities: Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum, monitor and assess student progress. Classroom Management: Implement effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment. Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, contributing to a supportive and collaborative school community. Individualised Support: Identify students' unique needs and provide tailored support to maximise learning opportunities. Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practices and skills.
