Business Development Executive Job Summary:
To achieve and exceed targets and KPIs, whilst maintaining the highest level of service to customers.
Key Accountabilities
To work in tandem with your partner field-based Business Manager to maximise business in your given geographical area to cover:
* Volume and 'close' rate
* Share of wallet
* Profitability
* Penetration of products and services
* Retention
The team of four will be expected to cover for each other over holidays and absence
Key Tasks To work as part of the Account Management team, supporting the development and implementation of sales strategies and the achievement of agreed targets.
Responsibilities across key areas include:
Prospecting
* To work with your Business Manager partner to identify prospecting strategies and develop an ongoing action plan
* To work with MD and Marketing Exec to ensure coordinated prospecting activity is always in place
* To contact prospects as part of the above plan, sell the benefits and secure appointments for your Business Manager, managing the journey plan
* To take responsibility for the accurate management of the CRM tool for your area
Account Management
* Work with own base of customers to drive connections
* Work with BM base of customers to drive business
* Work with all accounts in your geographical area
