AIT is a leading international translations company providing world-class translation and many more services nationally and internationally. We are now seeking a Finance Bookkeeper Apprentice to join our Finance and Bookkeeping Department. Within this role, you will work towards your Level 3 Business Administration qualification with the support of Next Level.
Daily duties will include but are not limited to the following:
* Balancing accounts (also known as 'double bookkeeping')
* Answering finance queries over the phone and emails.
* Liaising with different departments about finance-related inquiries.
* Processing sales invoices, receipts, and payments.
* Completing VAT returns.
* Credit controlling, i.e., chasing clients for payment.
* Replying to contractors and client’s invoice and payment-related queries.
* Dealing with petty cash receipts.

Apprenticeship Details:
Next Level will work closely with you to complete your Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship. Next Level can hire apprentices at any time and hold regular workshops for those on the course. These workshops occur once every 2 weeks online via Teams. You will get specific 1-2-1 tutoring and regular reviews between your tutor, manager, and yourself to ensure you are meeting deadlines and staying on top of your work. If required, we can also provide Functional Skills in maths and English throughout your apprenticeship. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will receive a Level 3 City and Guilds apprenticeship qualification in Business Administration.
