£25,253.25 per annum (pay review pending).

Do you like being creative? Have you got retail management experience? Are you looking for a new challenge?
We are looking for a Shop Manager to lead our volunteer team. You will be working in a creative environment, managing donated goods in order to maximise sales and net contribution. You will need to be driven and focussed on making sales. You will need good communication skills.
As a Shop Manager you will need a can do attitude and be confident with working with people from different backgrounds, creating a welcoming and positive experience for all volunteers, supporters and customers.
