Salary: CLF Grade E (£34,740 - £38,419), Term time only plus inset days
Actual starting salary for term time only plus inset days: £29,748
Hours: 37 hours per week

What We Are Looking For
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Attendance Link Workers. We are seeking individuals with a deep understanding of the barriers to attendance, who will build strong relationships with students and their families and advocate on their behalf where needed, to ensure students receive the suitable education to which they are entitled. The attached person specification and job description outline the duties and responsibilities.
The Attendance Link Workers will work in partnership with parents and carers to support their children and understand their needs. The aim is to improve pupils' school attendance and engagement with learning. The postholders will work proactively, finding ways to make the academy as inclusive and accessible as possible; and will increase parental engagement.
These are fixed term contracts, ending on 31st August 2026. The pay grade is CLF E. The roles have become available due to a trial of a new attendance structure.
