As a Talent Acquisition Advisor based in Warwick, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Generating candidates from a diverse range of sources, including job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
2. Providing a comprehensive, end-to-end recruitment service that adheres to best practice standards.
3. Administering vacancies effectively and ensuring timely communication with candidates.
4. Managing candidates effectively, including arranging interviews, conducting regular check-ins, and providing quality feedback at each stage of the journey.
This is a full-time, Fixed Term Contract role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with hybrid working arrangements - minimum 3 days in the office.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
1. Relevant professional and technical recruitment experience – either gained in-house or from a branch/agency background.
2. An understanding of sourcing channels – Job boards, LinkedIn, CV databases, social media, etc.
3. Success in adhering to SLA’s and KPI’s.
