Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
- Process post-course paperwork when received
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Computerise information to streamline administrative processes
- Distribute certificates and licenses
- Communicate with clients
Skills
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Attention to detail

Flexible hours
