Salary: Inner London MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (41,150 to 58,185)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

A supportive and inclusive primary school in Tower Hamlets is looking for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team in September. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEN Teacher or a primary teacher with a passion for special educational needs to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities of an SEN Teacher:
* Plan and deliver individualised lessons to meet the diverse needs of pupils with SEND
* Use a range of differentiated teaching strategies to engage and support learning
* Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCO, and external professionals
* Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to ensure positive learning outcomes

Requirements for an SEN Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching students with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or other needs)
* A strong understanding of EHCPs, behaviour strategies, and adaptive teaching
* Passion for inclusive education and supporting diverse learners
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
