We are actively hiring for a Senior Human Resources Shared Services Manager based out of the Covent Garden office.
What does the role involve?
This is a senior people partnering role, where you will be the key point of contact for HR Shared Services and Payroll teams, reporting directly into the Global Head of Human Resources Shared Services.
The role of the Senior HR Shared Services Manager is pivotal in the leadership delivery of our employee services including payroll. The position leads the HR Shared Services and Payroll teams covering several territories (UK, Ireland, Middle East, Africa, North America).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Lead and oversee the HR Shared Services and Payroll operations across UK, Ireland, Middle East, Africa, and North America with a headcount of over 1000 employees.
* Be an active member of the senior leadership team and manage a team of two managers in HR Shared Services and Payroll.
* Business partnering with senior leadership while maintaining an employee-centric focus.
* Manage complex communications at a senior level, including presenting, influencing, and engaging with senior leadership teams.
* Review current processes in HR Shared Services and work with the HR Shared Services Manager to improve efficiencies and the employee experience.
* Work closely with external vendors and suppliers to negotiate terms and review supply lists to deliver maximum efficiency.
What are we looking for in the right candidate?
* 7+ years’ experience in a senior people partnering role in a fast-paced international business.
* Experience and technical understanding of payroll is essential.
* Experience working across international territories is highly desirable as this role will cover offices across UK, Ireland, Middle East, Africa, and North America.
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation and its application in a business context.
* The ability to build strong relationships at all levels and collaborate with cross-functional teams is critical.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
