Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales & maximise profit by adhering to company VM guidelines and ensuring correct merchandising.
2. Identify creative and visual ideas for the store, responsible for product placement, and handle products daily.
3. Conduct daily floor walks including windows, lighting, sales floor, and stockrooms to identify areas of opportunity.
4. Analyse commercial reports, take action, and make commercial decisions while delegating tasks to your team of Senior Sales and Sales Advisors.
5. Provide customers with ideas on how to wear products, keeping up with the latest trends and competitor activity.
6. Collaborate with the field VM team to ensure high visual standards across the store and good size availability.
7. Prioritise delivery commercially to ensure new lines and replenishment of best-selling departments are sent to the sales floor quickly.

5. Experience in analysing reports and making commercial decisions.
6. Good understanding of the latest trends and competitors.
7. Experience in visual merchandising.
8. Experience in managing a large team within a high turnover environment.
9. Previous experience at Sales Manager Level/Visual Merchandiser Level or a medium store/deputy manager looking to move into a larger turnover environment.
