Your new role
* Repairs and Maintenance: Performing various repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, joinery, decorating, and other associated tasks.
* Customer Service: Ensuring high standards of customer service by communicating effectively with tenants and addressing their concerns promptly.
* Team Collaboration: Working closely with other tradespeople and team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
* Property Inspections: Conducting property inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
* Documentation and Reporting: Keeping accurate records of work completed and materials used, and reporting any issues to the management team.
* Continuous Improvement: Engaging in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest industry standards and practices.
What you'll need to succeed
For this role you will need:
* Full UK Driving License
* Previous experience working for a social housing provider
* Multi Skilled within all trades
* Good knowledge of all building maintenance
* Minimum 5 years experience within a similar role
What you'll get in return
For this role you will gain a Temp to Perm contract with a local supported housing provider.
