Job Description:
Our client, established for nearly 20 years, is seeking a Systems Trainer & Support Specialist with experience in training and helpdesk roles. You will provide user training and support to our customer base. You should be a self-starter, confident, and a team player. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills and career in a dynamic organization.
Responsibilities:
* Training:
o Travel to customer sites for on-site training.
o Provide training in various environments, including web-based and for trainers.
* Helpdesk Support:
o Answer inbound calls and communicate with clients.
o Assist with helpdesk calls, providing first and second-line technical support.
o Manage client communications across channels.
o Deliver excellent customer service and suggest improvements.
* Testing:
o Conduct functional and manual testing, write and execute test scripts.
o Collaborate with developers and support teams.
o Test across web, desktop, and mobile environments.
o Document bugs and review technical documentation.
Policies and Procedures:
* Comply with ISO and DSP policies.
General Duties:
* Contribute to product development.
* Maintain good customer relationships.
* Complete administrative documentation and training records.
* Participate in additional duties as assigned by management.
Personal Profile & Skills:
* Experience in training and after-sales support roles.
* Good IT skills (e.g., Windows, Microsoft Office).
* Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Willing to travel and stay away from home when required.
* Flexible and detail-oriented with a current driving license.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 08:45 - 17:00
