THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT FOR 12 MONTHS DUE TO FUNDING
An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly developing ADHD service in ABUHB. The adult ADHD service provides a diagnostic assessment service and treatment for individuals residing in the ABUHB catchment area. As part of a wider multi-disciplinary team, the post holder will provide independent assessment, differential diagnosis, and advice in relation to adult ADHD, where indicated treatment within the scope of practice. They would be expected to undertake diagnostic assessments in accordance with NICE guidelines for adults.
This post is fixed term/secondment for 12 months to meet the needs of the service.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be involved in:
1. Assessment and diagnostics for adults with potential ADHD.
2. Providing treatment and monitoring where appropriate.
3. Involvement in service development.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
