The Role The Compliance Analyst will be an integral part of the firm, working within the Compliance team to ensure that all client information is accurate and updated in the database with excellent attention to detail. The role will also involve ensuring that management and employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, company policies and procedures are being followed and that behaviour in the organisation meets the minimum firm standards of conduct and risk management. Responsibilities • Administrative filing in iManage and View Point data inputting duties • Perform all the daily Conflict checks requests • Processing new incorporations/transfers-in, liquidations/strike-offs, change of director/shareholder • Processing Harneys App submissions and communicating acceptance/rejections, as required • Receive and process due diligence documentation for fiduciary matters • Perform Screening, reviewing, clearing/escalating to AMLCO hits in LexisNexis, RiskScreen and Google • Conduct periodic client file reviews • Reviewing client structures both at on-boarding and ad hoc, providing advice, guidance and support to the on-boarding and Co Admin Teams • Researching and preparing the Compliance submissions for escalation and approval • Create or update compliance information in the Viewpoint system • Assist in the production of monthly MI for inclusion in various governance and risk reports • Processing tickets in the ServiceNow system in a timely manner • Assist with queries from colleagues in the business regarding general compliance matters • Ensure that the compliance databases are updated in a timely manner • Populating and keeping up to date the Compliance tracker for weekly meetings, detailing all matters currently being worked on, future projects, legacy projects, monitoring progress to ensure completion in a timely manner and within agreed deadlines • Liaising with internal and external clients, and third parties regarding general compliance matters • To help prepare requests for information from competent authority (in full accordance with production order policy) • To assist in ad hoc projects • Other duties or projects as may be assigned by the Compliance officer/MLRO Qualifications & Experience • Associate Degree in Business or related filed • 2 years’ experience in related field • Excellent client services skills • Self-motivated & able to work without close supervision • Strong attention to detail • A team player who is able to work on their own initiative • Proven ability to manage a multitude of priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written & oral communication skills • Good MS Office & Excel skills • Experienced in iManage & Viewpoint Please reach out to fiduciarycareersharneysfiduciary.com should you wish to connect with the Talent Acquisition Team.
